In the 13th match minute, Edwardów was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lukasz Makomaski to maneuver through the defense. Angelo Jenaro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. FC Catalonia's Cedrick Francoeur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gao Yin Yang in the 17th minute of play. Cedrick Francoeur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Piotr Malinowski in the 20th minute of play. In the 21st minute Piotr Malinowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cedrick Francoeur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In a very dangerous position, a player in FC Catalonia fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 23rd minute. Penalty! Gao Yin Yang took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cedrick Francoeur. Cedrick Francoeur dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Edwardów's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
