Ciccio Kowalczyk was slow to take the kick. During this time Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy's players had a chance to rest. Gwidon Juchno charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gwidon Juchno the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 19 played minutes TOP-STAKES got a freekick which was hit by Gwidon Juchno. Moise Zbârcea made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tristan Lannister in the 20th minute. 22 minutes into the match, Zbyszek Gdowski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gustaw Nowak. Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zbyszek Gdowski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zbyszek Le Bonniec in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Moise Zbârcea saved TOP-STAKES from getting behind. Gustaw Nowak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gwidon Juchno in the 26th minute of the match. In the 39th minute TOP-STAKES were awarded a corner. Vincent Koerts went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Vincent Koerts almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy's Gustaw Nowak did a great save. In the 40th minute Gwidon Juchno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustaw Nowak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gustaw Nowak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gwidon Juchno, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. TOP-STAKES were furious when Byron Geiger was red carded, 47 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Karol Dytrych to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zbyszek Le Bonniec in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Moise Zbârcea prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 54 played minutes Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy got a freekick which was hit by Walery Bienienda. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jerry Cala in the 62nd minute of play forced TOP-STAKES's goalkeeper Moise Zbârcea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of TOP-STAKES booed when Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. After a defensive mix-up in Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy's zone, Radoslaw Jaruzelski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gustaw Nowak came out of the goal and Radoslaw Jaruzelski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 89 played minutes TOP-STAKES got a freekick which was hit by Calistrat Brezoi. After 90 minutes of play, Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy's Rafal Ludwiczak made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Moise Zbârcea was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafal Ludwiczak in the 95th minute of play forced TOP-STAKES's goalkeeper Moise Zbârcea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 96th minute Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy were awarded a corner. Ciccio Kowalczyk went to the cornerflag to take it. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy had won after a very even match.
