After a defensive mix-up in The Irons Chorzów's zone, Leszek Janiczek stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Piotr Lech came out of the goal and Leszek Janiczek tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zenon Pluciennik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damazy Posadzki in the 6th minute of play. Zenon Pluciennik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damazy Posadzki, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. In the 9thth minute of the game Pawel Kochanowski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KP Primator Oława's Zenon Pluciennik was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Olof Billberg took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 13th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Piotr Lech. The Irons Chorzów's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 19th minute, KP Primator Oława's Olof Billberg ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Piotr Lech. Piotr Lech yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. 27 minutes into the match, KP Primator Oława's goal looked a bit too open when Pawel Kochanowski came free, but Zenon Pluciennik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Piotr Lech showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olof Billberg in the 29th minute of the match. The Irons Chorzów's Piotr Lech played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Golembiewski in the 31st minute of play. The Irons Chorzów's defense didn't have a chance, in the 35th minute, when Daniel Golembiewski scored to the left of an out of position Piotr Lech, making the score, 2-2. Olgierd Mojsiewicz hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Zenon Pluciennik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patryk Snaza in the 39th minute of play. Zenon Pluciennik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pawel Kochanowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the 40th minute of the match The Irons Chorzów got a corner. KP Primator Oława's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Patryk Snaza ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Patryk Snaza almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but KP Primator Oława's Zenon Pluciennik did a great save. The supporters of KP Primator Oława booed when The Irons Chorzów was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfred Kostrzewa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Olof Billberg came free with the goalkeeper in the 46th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Piotr Lech could save by the left post. In the 48th minute Daniel Golembiewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Piotr Lech saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Olof Billberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Damazy Posadzki made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Leszek Janiczek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Piotr Lech saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 55 minutes into the match, The Irons Chorzów's goal looked a bit too open when Wlodzimierz Januszewski came free, but Piotr Lech reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. KP Primator Oława's Zenon Pluciennik proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save KP Primator Oława from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Patryk Snaza in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zenon Pluciennik saved KP Primator Oława from getting behind. Piotr Lech made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Golembiewski in the 62nd minute of play. Zenon Pluciennik made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Pawel Kochanowski sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Pawel Kochanowski kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Zenon Pluciennik. That made the score 2-3 in the 65 minute of play. KP Primator Oława made a substitution. Lucrețiu Sântimbrean replaced Olof Billberg. KP Primator Oława made a substitution. Erik Exposito replaced Wlodzimierz Januszewski. Piotr Lech took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erik Exposito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee felt a red card was in order, 92 minutes into the game, when Franciszek Szarmach put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in KP Primator Oława fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 92nd minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 94 minutes, The Irons Chorzów's Damazy Posadzki got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Zenon Pluciennik. Zenon Pluciennik made a fantastic save in the 97th minute, when Pawel Kochanowski sent off a good shot on target. In the 99th minute Lucrețiu Sântimbrean shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Piotr Lech saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Golembiewski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 100th minute. Piotr Lech tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Irons Chorzów's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
