With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcin Snaza in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Xuacu Xuan saved KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Marcin Snaza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Xuacu Xuan was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. A nice corner shot did that Tomasz Gorski got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Xuacu Xuan quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The supporters of KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A booed when KS Piastów Sosnowiec was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcin Kondysar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Apolo Beltza struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Xuacu Xuan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KS Piastów Sosnowiec. After 12 minutes KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tomasz Gorski who took care of the corner kick. Apolo Beltza was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Holger Karlsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of KS Piastów Sosnowiec booed when KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgar Tarka didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 17 minutes, Tomasz Gorski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KS Piastów Sosnowiec's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomasz Gorski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marcin Snaza in the 23rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Xuacu Xuan, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. KS Piastów Sosnowiec's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tomasz Gorski in the 24th minute. The corner ended in Mariusz Zgonina almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A's Xuacu Xuan did a great save. KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A's Xuacu Xuan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A from getting a goal against them. Holger Karlsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg Xuacu Xuan managed to avoid a goal in the 31stth minute, when KS Piastów Sosnowiec's Marcin Snaza fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Tomasz Piwko came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A's Holger Karlsson. But to his dismay, Holger Karlsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The audience was convinced that Slawomir Wojciechowski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tomasz Piwko was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Slawomir Wojciechowski in the 43rd minute of play forced KS Piastów Sosnowiec's goalkeeper Tomasz Piwko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The KS Piastów Sosnowiec players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Slawomir Wojciechowski made the kick off in the second half. After 56 played minutes KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A got a freekick which was hit by Holger Karlsson. After having played for 58 minutes, Stelian Joldea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KS Piastów Sosnowiec's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stelian Joldea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Xuacu Xuan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. When KS Piastów Sosnowiec's Stelian Joldea in the 69th minute got a chance for a shot 69th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Xuacu Xuan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stelian Joldea in the 72nd minute of the match. KS Piastów Sosnowiec's Boruc Magdziarz was substituted for Hieronim Winszman. Tomasz Piwko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Slawomir Wojciechowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcin Snaza in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Xuacu Xuan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Holger Karlsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Tomasz Piwko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 87thth minute of the game Marcin Snaza who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A's Xuacu Xuan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Slawomir Wojciechowski hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. After having played for 91 minutes, Marcin Snaza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KS Piastów Sosnowiec's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcin Snaza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
