In the 3rd minute, one of KS Bukowe:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for KS Bukowe. In the 5th minute FC WAWER were awarded a corner. Mikolaj Majtyka went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on FC WAWER's corner Mikolaj Majtyka fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jerzy Dudek quite easily take care of the ball. 9 minutes into the match, KS Bukowe's goal looked a bit too open when Owen Vera came free, but Jerzy Dudek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 16th minute, Marian Mondrowski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cankut Urgun made a kick off.
