Though ot was a great shot Hahay's keeper Edgar Smuskiewicz was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Vitinho de Barros blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edgar Smuskiewicz having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vitinho de Barros in the 24th minute of play forced Hahay's goalkeeper Edgar Smuskiewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leonard Rosen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marek Kaider in the 25th minute of play. In the 29th minute, one of Hahay:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Hahay. Tomasz Motowski did an outstanding performance 32 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 2-0 to the right of an irritated Edgar Smuskiewicz in the goal. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind AA Bełchatów's goalkeeper Leonard Rosen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Leonard Rosen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Delmar Berenguer, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Vitinho de Barros struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Edgar Smuskiewicz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AA Bełchatów. In the 43rd match minute, AA Bełchatów was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Konrad Klack to maneuver through the defense. Vitinho de Barros received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Vitinho de Barros made the kick off in the second half. Delmar Berenguer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leonard Rosen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. AA Bełchatów's Leonard Rosen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marek Kaider in the 60th minute of play. The supporters of AA Bełchatów booed when Hahay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Basilio Nataniel didn't get a good kick on the ball.
