Fu Lin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Donny Beckwith fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Søren Valen having to interfere. Søren Valen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Matt Friend went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The attack was good, but when Franz Midgley in the 15th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Through an outstanding action, after 17 minutes, Luke Bush successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 17th minute, Vegard Bruvoll left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Oslo City FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Luke Bush was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Fu Lin showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 22 minute of play. In the 25th match minute, Oslo City FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jakob Øksendal to maneuver through the defense. Donny Beckwith kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. T H F C's Luke Bush proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save T H F C from getting a goal against them. Søren Valen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Donny Beckwith, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th minute, Gaute Otterlei hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Donny Beckwith recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fu Lins short, quick shot in the 42ndth minute got Luke Bush to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Søren Valen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Donny Beckwith, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

T H F C made a substitution. Shawn Coulson replaced Donny Beckwith. Shawn Coulson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Søren Valen came out and tried to block the shot, but Shawn Coulson slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 53rd minute. After a rather tough play, T H F C's Ronan Sugden got a free kick in the 56th minute. Oslo City FC's Geir-Inge Skulstad got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 60 minutes into the match, Oslo City FC's goal looked a bit too open when Franz Midgley came free, but Søren Valen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. T H F C's Luke Bush played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fu Lin in the 61st minute of play. T H F C made a substitution. Daniel Gillow ran over to the corner to take the kick. Gilmar Mendes kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Søren Valen made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Rowan Tyler sent off a good shot on target. 88 minutes into the match, Oslo City FC's goal looked a bit too open when Franz Midgley came free, but Søren Valen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of T H F C booed when Oslo City FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gaute Otterlei didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Oslo City FC players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
