In the 12th minute Natalio Favila shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jarle Volden saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mustafa Arif Devrim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Toma Lechev in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 23rd minute of the match, Thor Gaarder tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Mustafa Arif Devrim saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. A collision led to Kjønstad BF getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Josef Vrobel hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Toma Lechev got free with Mustafa Arif Devrim in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Natalio Favila in the 33rd minute of play forced Kjønstad BF's goalkeeper Jarle Volden to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Natalio Favila in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jarle Volden prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Kjønstad BF getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Josef Vrobel hit a great ball. 47 minutes into the match, Æsir Ásgarðr's goalkeeper Mustafa Arif Devrim had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Toma Lechev. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Toma Lechev to make the kick off. Helgi Jónsson made in the 55th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Kjønstad BF's Abelardo Odon. After 55 played minutes Æsir Ásgarðr got a freekick which was hit by Jacek Biskupiak. Æsir Ásgarðr made a substitution. Ramiro Baudelio replaced Jacek Biskupiak. In the 68th minute, Abelardo Odon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kjønstad BF made a substitution. 김 연 replaced Toma Lechev. An unexpectedly hard shot by Natalio Favila in the 89th minute of play forced Kjønstad BF's goalkeeper Jarle Volden to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 91 played minutes Natalio Favila rounded Kjønstad BF's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-1. The Æsir Ásgarðr supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Æsir Ásgarðr would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
