Jānis Lielais made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alex Macedo in the 5th minute of play. When Alex Macedo came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Korona Kielce fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alex Macedo couldn't finish the play. Raimo Ülend made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jāzeps Pics in the 11th minute of play. Jānis Lielais showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chesney Summers in the 17th minute of the match. In the 18th minute, Alex Macedo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to SK Annenieki getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Mareks Belis hit a great ball. Korona Kielce's Dave Legzdins got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 33 played minutes Alex Macedo rounded SK Annenieki's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. In the 36th minute Aivils Aiza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raimo Ülend saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. SK Annenieki's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Reinholds Jaunzems in the 38th minute. Reinholds Jaunzems made a great header on SK Annenieki's corner, it was just that Korona Kielce's Raimo Ülend managed to reach the ball for a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jāzeps Pics in the 39th minute of play forced Korona Kielce's goalkeeper Raimo Ülend to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 40 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Aivils Aiza sped through Korona Kielce's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Raimo Ülend. SK Annenieki's defense didn't have a chance, in the 47th minute, when Alex Macedo scored to the left of an out of position Jānis Lielais, making the score, 3-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Indris Tomass to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Gabi Martinelli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 52nd minute, SK Annenieki's Aivils Aiza ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Raimo Ülend. Raimo Ülend yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-2. Peng Ming Peng hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Jānis Lielais showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alex Macedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Alex Macedo struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Jānis Lielais didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Korona Kielce. Korona Kielce's Ivar Lilleeng was substituted for Art 许褚. 68 minutes into the match, Agostinho Negri had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jānis Lielais. SK Annenieki's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Agostinho Negri was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. Jānis Lielais made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agostinho Negri in the 71st minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Indris Tomass got free with Raimo Ülend in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Agostinho Negri's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jānis Lielais read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. Raimo Ülend showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jāzeps Pics, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Raimo Ülend took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jāzeps Pics, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 87 minutes, Jāzeps Pics managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SK Annenieki's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jāzeps Pics was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. SK Annenieki's Santis Krūzītis was substituted for Normunds Vēbers. Raimo Ülend made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jāzeps Pics in the 92nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agostinho Negri in the 93rd minute of play forced SK Annenieki's goalkeeper Jānis Lielais to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
