Spectators: 175 (Terracing: 132, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Idacio Ballejos got the match started through his kick off. In the 2nd minute, Mayo's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Absalon Aabaand fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Skovbølling's Bertel Foltmann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Idacio Ballejos in the 6th minute of play. The supporters of Skovbølling booed when Mayo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gonzalo Montiel didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Paw Carbac got free with Marcus Deacon in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Michael Blisted did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Marcus Deacon 13 minutes into the match. Marcus Deacon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lin Lang Bang's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. 16 minutes had been played when some careless play by Mayo's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Paw Carbac was slow to take the kick. During this time Skovbølling's players had a chance to rest. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Skovbølling's goalkeeper Bertel Foltmann, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Marcus Deacon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michael Blisted in the 34th minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, Mayo's Idacio Ballejos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bertel Foltmann narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mayo's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Evelio Goren in the 37th minute. A nice corner shot did that Will Porter got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Bertel Foltmann quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Absalon Aabaand was the one to do the kick off. Marcus Deacon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paw Carbac in the 52nd minute of the match. After some careless play in the Mayo defense, Paw Carbac kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcus Deacon. The Mayo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcus Deacon should have stopped the shot. Harri Kaine could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Bertel Foltmann made a huge save. Mayo were awarded a corner in the 69th minute after Skovbølling's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Evelio Goren took the corner. Idacio Ballejos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Bertel Foltmann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mayo made a substitution. Romulo Loiola replaced Harri Kaine. Steve Oliver sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bertel Foltmann made an important save on a dangerous shot by Steve Oliver in the 82nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michael Blisted in the 85th minute of play forced Mayo's goalkeeper Marcus Deacon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 86th minute, Michael Blisted ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcus Deacon was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Bertel Foltmann made an important save on a dangerous shot by Steve Oliver in the 91st minute. The referee gave Skovbølling a penalty, 94 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Paw Carbac, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Mayo's Marcus Deacon. 4-0. Marcus Deacon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lin Lang Bang in the 97th minute of the match.
