In the 2nd minute, Paulius Rožėnas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hexo Utd fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 7 minutes into the match, Åsnes's goal looked a bit too open when Paulius Rožėnas came free, but Bernt Alsaker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bernt Alsaker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulius Rožėnas in the 7th minute of the match. 10 minutes into the match, Åsnes's goal looked a bit too open when Vilmantas Kalinauskas came free, but Bernt Alsaker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 11 minutes of play, Hexo Utd's Paulius Rožėnas made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bernt Alsaker was left in no man's land by his defense there! 13 minutes into the game, Steffen Askvik was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Åsnes's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hexo Utd the free kick. Steffen Askvik hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Roman Bide sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kim Alnes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Max Limont tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adolfo Brandão in the 23rd minute of play forced Åsnes's goalkeeper Bernt Alsaker to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bernt Alsaker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adolfo Brandão in the 31st minute of the match. In the 32nd minute of the match Hexo Utd got a corner. Åsnes's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mar Cheze ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Adolfo Brandão heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. After 42 played minutes Åsnes got a freekick which was hit by Jon-Inge Nysæter. If Paulius Rožėnas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Hexo Utd getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Karl-Johan Wallin hit a great ball.

The wind increased when Paulius Rožėnas made the kick off in the second half. Bernt Alsaker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulius Rožėnas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 61st play minutes Paulius Rožėnas shot 0-4, a short shot which went by Bernt Alsaker and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 66th minute Mar Cheze shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernt Alsaker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 66 minutes into the game, Hexo Utd's Mar Cheze nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bernt Alsaker made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. In the 69th match minute, Åsnes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tor-Kristian Fosse to maneuver through the defense. Bernt Alsaker made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulius Rožėnas in the 73rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Miglius Simonaitis in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bernt Alsaker prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 79 minutes, Jamie Carragher mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hexo Utd and the Åsnes players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Åsnes booed when Hexo Utd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jamie Carragher didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bernt Alsaker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulius Rožėnas in the 82nd minute of the match. 82 minutes into the game, Hexo Utd's Paulius Rožėnas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bernt Alsaker made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. Hexo Utd's Miglius Simonaitis quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Ray Man, made in the 85th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulius Rožėnas in the 87th minute of play forced Åsnes's goalkeeper Bernt Alsaker to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 94th play minutes Mar Cheze shot 0-8, a short shot which went by Bernt Alsaker and just under the crossbar into goal.
