Spectators: 184 (Terracing: 139, Seating: 42, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Kim Alnes kicked off to start the match. 2 minutes into the match, Emanuel Ogășanu notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Åsnes's Sturle Åsland. Sturle Åsland was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sturle Åsland didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Önder Cebi went, in the 4th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the Åsnes defense, Önder Cebi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sturle Åsland. The Åsnes fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sturle Åsland should have stopped the shot. Sturle Åsland showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Önder Cebi in the 11th minute of the match. 13 minutes into the game, Sydney FC's Emanuel Ogășanu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sturle Åsland made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. If Kim Alnes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 23rd minute Emanuel Ogășanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sturle Åsland saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Åsnes's Sturle Åsland played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angelo Milanese in the 24th minute of play. In the 26th minute, Angelo Milanese ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sturle Åsland was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Sturle Åsland came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Sydney FC's Angelo Milanese. But to his dismay, Angelo Milanese quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. After some careless play in the Åsnes defense, Emanuel Ogășanu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sturle Åsland. The Åsnes fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sturle Åsland should have stopped the shot. Guy Rothe took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sturle Åsland. Sturle Åsland dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. After the first half Sydney FC were leading 0-9. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Emanuel Ogășanu made a kick off. Angelo Milanese in the 53rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Sturle Åsland, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Angelo Milanese blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sturle Åsland having to make a save. Sturle Åsland showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Önder Cebi in the 57th minute of the match. Emanuel Ogășanu did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-10 to the left of a surprised Sturle Åsland 59 minutes into the match. Aygün Soysan made in the 65th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Ludwig Hanstein. 71 minutes into the match, Åsnes's goal looked a bit too open when Guy Rothe came free, but Sturle Åsland reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emanuel Ogășanu scored 0-12 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sturle Åsland, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Önder Cebi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sydney FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Önder Cebi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sturle Åsland breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Emanuel Ogășanu put it in 0-13 from a short distance just to the right of Sturle Åsland. Sebastian Titz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roman Bide in the 79th minute of the match. Kim Alnes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Sebastian Titz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sturle Åsland didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Önder Cebi went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-14 was the resulting score. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tor-Kristian Fosse during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 90 minutes of play, Sydney FC's Angelo Milanese made it 0-15 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sturle Åsland was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Sydney FC booed when Åsnes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roman Bide didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Åsnes fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Sydney FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
