Savon Palloseura's Felipe Liher played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hardo Kaar in the 2nd minute of play. Aidu Metskonna Pöörased's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gerd Viru in the 4th minute. The corner led Aidu Metskonna Pöörased's Gerd Viru to fire away a dangerous shot which Felipe Liher despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Markus Pakaslahti hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. 6 minutes into the match, Savon Palloseura's goal looked a bit too open when Kuno Karmo came free, but Felipe Liher reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aidu Metskonna Pöörased's Dušan Kinder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valdemar Kallio in the 9th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hardo Kaar in the 11th minute of play forced Savon Palloseura's goalkeeper Felipe Liher to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Valdemar Kallio in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dušan Kinder prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hardo Kaar might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Felipe Liher. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hardo Kaar ran back to his position shaking his head. The Savon Palloseura fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Hardo Kaar charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hardo Kaar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Hardo Kaar kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match.
