The Porvoon Futura fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Francesco Toldo should have stopped the shot. Traian Iorda struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Francesco Toldo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SaarijärvenSomaliSpartans. Mai Li Cheng could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Francesco Toldo made a huge save. In the 37th minute SaarijärvenSomaliSpartans were awarded a corner. Porvoon Futura's Francesco Toldo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Traian Iorda in the 56th minute of play. When Traian Iorda came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the SaarijärvenSomaliSpartans fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Traian Iorda couldn't finish the play.
