The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 4 minutes, Mads Aarum mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Injuries and the Manchester United FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Injuries's Mads Aarum got a free kick in the 4th minute. In the 7th minute Eero Uusipaavalniemi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bobbi Sagi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Injuries's Bobbi Sagi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Taisto Pentsinen in the 15th minute of play. Manchester United FC's Edwin van der Sar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Manchester United FC from getting a goal against them. Bobbi Sagi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Taisto Pentsinen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 19 minutes in the game Erkki Virta did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Valdemar Kuoppala. In the 23rd minute of the match Manchester United FC got a corner. Injuries's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Eero Uusipaavalniemi ran over to the corner to take the kick. Manchester United FC's Eero Uusipaavalniemi was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Bobbi Sagi in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Manchester United FC's goalkeeper Edwin van der Sar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 26 minutes into the game, Valdemar Kuoppala cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Bobbi Sagi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Erkki Virta made in the 30th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Injuries's Thøger Abelgren. Edwin van der Sar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mads Aarum in the 30th minute. Bobbi Sagi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valdemar Kuoppala, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. 33 minutes into the match, Injuries's goal looked a bit too open when Taisto Pentsinen came free, but Bobbi Sagi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mads Aarum struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Edwin van der Sar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Injuries. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mads Aarum got free with Edwin van der Sar in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bobbi Sagi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eero Uusipaavalniemi, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. In the 42nd minute Mads Aarum shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edwin van der Sar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdemar Kuoppala in the 45th minute of play forced Injuries's goalkeeper Bobbi Sagi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Taisto Pentsinen in the 51st minute of play forced Injuries's goalkeeper Bobbi Sagi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bobbi Sagi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Valdemar Kuoppala in the 53rd minute. Bobbi Sagi made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Valdemar Kuoppala sent off a good shot on target. Edwin van der Sar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mads Aarum in the 61st minute of the match. In the 63rd minute Taisto Pentsinen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bobbi Sagi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 65 minutes into the match, Injuries's goalkeeper Bobbi Sagi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Valdemar Kuoppala. Bobbi Sagi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfred Laulaja in the 68th minute of the match. After having played for 70 minutes, Runar Flou managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Injuries's supporters crossed their fingers, but Runar Flou was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Manchester United FC made a substitution. Erik Cantona replaced Taisto Pentsinen. Manchester United FC's Jakob Stam was substituted for Iiro Riksman. In the 75th minute Davide Beckham shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bobbi Sagi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eero Uusipaavalniemi got free with Bobbi Sagi in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 81 minutes into the game, Erik Cantona was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Manchester United FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Injuries the free kick. Injuries's Muhammad Schiffmann was substituted for Detlef Sonne. Erik Cantona kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Yu Lei recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 88thth minute of the game Erik Cantona who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Injuries's Bobbi Sagi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mads Aarum in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edwin van der Sar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Injuries's Bobbi Sagi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Injuries from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eero Uusipaavalniemi in the 94th minute of play forced Injuries's goalkeeper Bobbi Sagi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bobbi Sagi made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Eero Uusipaavalniemi sent off a good shot on target. When the final whistle sounded Manchester United FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Injuries.
