When the match had gone on for 2 minutes, Tõnu Kari put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Sepp Meier. Marc Hönig kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in SC Night Cats's zone, Pavel Karind stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sepp Meier came out of the goal and Pavel Karind tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sepp Meier stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jass Mäetamm's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 12 minutes, Gabriel Arias successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Gabriel Arias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xabat Acedo in the 13th minute of the match. In the 15th match minute, SC Night Cats was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xabat Acedo to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Jass Mäetamm's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sepp Meier was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. 21 minutes into the game, Xabat Acedo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gabriel Arias. Xabat Acedo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Tõnu Kari scored 1-3 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sepp Meier, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Pavel Karind came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the cruzados de gloria fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pavel Karind couldn't finish the play. Jass Mäetamm struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Sepp Meier didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for cruzados de gloria. If Jass Mäetamm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jass Mäetamm in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sepp Meier prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 46 minutes into the match, cruzados de gloria's Jass Mäetamm sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sepp Meier narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sepp Meier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jass Mäetamm in the 48th minute of the match. A nice corner shot did that Florin Tăcutu got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Sepp Meier quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tõnu Kari to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute Tõnu Kari shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sepp Meier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jass Mäetamm who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 56thth minute tested the skills of Sepp Meier when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 58th match minute, SC Night Cats was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Torsten Despang to maneuver through the defense. When cruzados de gloria's Tõnu Kari in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 82nd minute, SC Night Cats's Victor Wilbois seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Victor Wilbois the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of SC Night Cats protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Victor Wilbois had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The goalkeeper, Sepp Meier, was totally fooled by cruzados de gloria's Florin Tăcutu, who 85 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. cruzados de gloria's Tõnu Kari got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in SC Night Cats's zone, Pavel Karind stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sepp Meier came out of the goal and Pavel Karind tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched cruzados de gloria eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
