When Teet Lasso came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the FC Dundee fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teet Lasso couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ali Asım Sungur got free with Ain Averin in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ain Averin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ferdl Steinmetz in the 43rd minute of the match. 44 minutes into the match, Manchester United F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Arvo Kena came free, but Seth Mann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Manchester United F.C. players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Dundee were winning 0-2.

Arno Luuk received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal.
