Zhao Ran Ming made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Kasper Rechkemmer sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Coventry Wasps's Zhao Ran Ming got control of the ball when Kasper Rechkemmer tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kasper Rechkemmer got free with Zhao Ran Ming in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 19th match minute, Coventry Wasps was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mark Booth to maneuver through the defense. Zhao Ran Ming made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kasper Rechkemmer in the 22nd minute. Zhao Ran Ming made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karsten Zentner in the 23rd minute of play. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Kasper Rechkemmer made the kick off in the second half. Zhao Ran Ming made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvester Overesch in the 54th minute of play. After 58 minutes, Kasper Rechkemmer made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. Coventry Wasps's Zhao Ran Ming tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Zhao Ran Ming showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kasper Rechkemmer, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. 61 minutes into the match, Coventry Wasps's goal looked a bit too open when Karsten Zentner came free, but Zhao Ran Ming reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, Coventry Wasps's goal looked a bit too open when Silvester Overesch came free, but Zhao Ran Ming reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Coventry Wasps's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Germania München the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karsten Zentner in the 86th minute of play forced Coventry Wasps's goalkeeper Zhao Ran Ming to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zhao Ran Ming showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karsten Zentner in the 87th minute of the match. Zhao Ran Ming stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Karsten Zentner's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. The audience was convinced that Karsten Zentner's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zhao Ran Ming was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. After some careless play in the Coventry Wasps defense, Karsten Zentner kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zhao Ran Ming. The Coventry Wasps fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zhao Ran Ming should have stopped the shot. Zhao Ran Ming took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Attila Schmans, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee ended the match the FC Germania München players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
