Cătălin Ostoici showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Don Malbec in the 5th minute of the match. Bryant Miles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iago Romero, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Iago Romero in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bryant Miles saved Charlotte FC from getting behind. 10 minutes into the match, Charlotte FC's goal looked a bit too open when Grigoris Katsafanas came free, but Bryant Miles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cătălin Ostoici made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Don Malbec in the 16th minute of play. In the 18th minute of the match BuanaRaya got a corner. Charlotte FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jeronimo Txatxu ran over to the corner to take the kick. Suki Sapulette hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Grigoris Katsafanas in the 27th minute of play forced Charlotte FC's goalkeeper Bryant Miles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jeronimo Txatxu took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bryant Miles. Bryant Miles dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Grigoris Katsafanas in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bryant Miles prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 34th minute BuanaRaya were awarded a corner. Jeronimo Txatxu went to the cornerflag to take it. BuanaRaya's Ahmet Ceyhan İlmi was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Bryant Miles in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jeronimo Txatxu in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bryant Miles saved Charlotte FC from getting behind. Don Malbec could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Cătălin Ostoici made a huge save. In the 45th minute, Jaques Van Mellaert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 47 minutes, Iago Romero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BuanaRaya's supporters crossed their fingers, but Iago Romero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Grigoris Katsafanas made a kick off. Jeronimo Txatxu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Bryant Miles made a huge save. Bryant Miles made an important save on a dangerous shot by Grigoris Katsafanas in the 52nd minute. In the 56th minute, Don Malbec got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 58 minutes into the match, Charlotte FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jeronimo Txatxu came free, but Bryant Miles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 87th minute of the match, Grigoris Katsafanas got a very nice opportunity to score, but Bryant Miles was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Vicente Rafferty might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cătălin Ostoici. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out.
