With a couple of smart ball manuevers Karl Howarth in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wise Monye saved LAGOS STELLARIS FC2014 from getting behind. Karl Howarth might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wise Monye. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Karl Howarth ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 19th minute, Karl Howarth got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. LAGOS STELLARIS FC2014's Wise Monye played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl Howarth in the 21st minute of play. Wise Monye took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karl Howarth, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 28 minutes into the match, Flying Hellfish's Karl Howarth sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wise Monye narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Karl Howarth blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wise Monye having to make a save. LAGOS STELLARIS FC2014's Wise Monye played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl Howarth in the 29th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Karl Howarth's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Wise Monye was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. Flying Hellfish's Daniel Afloroaiei was substituted for Karl Howarth. After 35 minutes LAGOS STELLARIS FC2014's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Everitt Obree who took care of the corner kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Afloroaiei in the 37th minute of play forced LAGOS STELLARIS FC2014's goalkeeper Wise Monye to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wise Monye made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Afloroaiei in the 39th minute of play. In the 40th minute, Daniel Afloroaiei made a precise shot to the right of Wise Monye. LAGOS STELLARIS FC2014's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 48th minute, Daniel Afloroaiei ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wise Monye was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. The LAGOS STELLARIS FC2014 players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Flying Hellfish were winning 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Afloroaiei to strike the kick off in the second half. Wise Monye showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Afloroaiei in the 53rd minute of the match. After 57 played minutes LAGOS STELLARIS FC2014 got a freekick which was hit by Chigo Abdu. LAGOS STELLARIS FC2014's Wise Monye proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save LAGOS STELLARIS FC2014 from getting a goal against them. Daniel Afloroaiei blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wise Monye having to make a save. Daniel Afloroaiei sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daniel Afloroaiei in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wise Monye prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 63rdth minute of the game Daniel Afloroaiei who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LAGOS STELLARIS FC2014's Wise Monye was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 65 minutes into the match, Daniel Afloroaiei dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Wise Monye, 0-4. In the 68th match minute, LAGOS STELLARIS FC2014 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dike Balogun to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Afloroaiei got free with Wise Monye in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 70 played minutes LAGOS STELLARIS FC2014 got a freekick which was hit by Dike Balogun. When Daniel Afloroaiei came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Flying Hellfish fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Afloroaiei couldn't finish the play. LAGOS STELLARIS FC2014's Wise Monye proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save LAGOS STELLARIS FC2014 from getting a goal against them. Daniel Afloroaiei did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-5 to the left of a surprised Wise Monye 75 minutes into the match. Daniel Afloroaiei blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wise Monye having to make a save. Wise Monye took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Afloroaiei, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dike Balogun hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. With his leg Wise Monye managed to avoid a goal in the 87thth minute, when Flying Hellfish's Daniel Afloroaiei fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 92nd minute Daniel Afloroaiei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wise Monye saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 93 minutes into the match, LAGOS STELLARIS FC2014's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Afloroaiei came free, but Wise Monye reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amauchechukwu Yobo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Flying Hellfish players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
