In the 4th minute Donald Kaczor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Per-Erik Hjortberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 10 minutes into the match, Dudu Ferraz notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Rothwell Park's Per-Erik Hjortberg. Per-Erik Hjortberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience was convinced that Dudu Ferraz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Per-Erik Hjortberg was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dudu Ferraz in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Per-Erik Hjortberg saved Rothwell Park from getting behind. 17 minutes had been played when some careless play by Rothwell Park's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Rufus Weldon was slow to take the kick. During this time CHŁOPKI ROZTROPKI's players had a chance to rest. It was a well-played corner which Donald Kaczor managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Per-Erik Hjortberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dudu Ferraz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 28thth minute of the game Dudu Ferraz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rothwell Park's Per-Erik Hjortberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Per-Erik Hjortberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Call in the 29th minute of the match. 33 minutes into the match, Rothwell Park's goal looked a bit too open when Dudu Ferraz came free, but Per-Erik Hjortberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Call in the 43rd minute of play forced Rothwell Park's goalkeeper Per-Erik Hjortberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dudu Ferraz was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of CHŁOPKI ROZTROPKI booed when Rothwell Park was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Neymar Mané didn't get a good kick on the ball. 55 minutes into the match, Rothwell Park's goalkeeper Per-Erik Hjortberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rufus Weldon. Rothwell Park made a substitution. Abdallah Ali Bungei replaced Elijah Leakey. A collision led to Rothwell Park getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Elijah Leakey hit a great ball. In the 59th minute Sebastian Call shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Per-Erik Hjortberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rothwell Park's Per-Erik Hjortberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Call in the 62nd minute of play. In the 63rd minute Donald Kaczor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Per-Erik Hjortberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Donald Kaczor's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 66thth minute, Per-Erik Hjortberg skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Donald Kaczor came free with the goalkeeper in the 70th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Per-Erik Hjortberg could save by the left post. If Sebastian Call had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rothwell Park made a substitution. Githinji Ntalami replaced Neymar Mané. Rothwell Park's Adolfo Salvino got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Per-Erik Hjortberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Donald Kaczor in the 86th minute. After a rather tough play, Rothwell Park's Sammy Keino got a free kick in the 88th minute. Rothwell Park's Per-Erik Hjortberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Rothwell Park from getting a goal against them. Donald Kaczor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. CHŁOPKI ROZTROPKI's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
