Furo Ndudi started the match with the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Furo Ndudi in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lawrance See saved Stratton FC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alessandro Sacchi in the 8th minute of play forced LAGOS STELLARIS FC2014's goalkeeper Wise Monye to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th minute Jakub Zoufalý shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wise Monye saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Matt Sanderson hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Wise Monye took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jakub Zoufalý, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wise Monye showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jakub Zoufalý, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Stratton FC were awarded a corner in the 29th minute after LAGOS STELLARIS FC2014's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Alessandro Sacchi took the corner. Wise Monye showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jakub Zoufalý in the 41st minute of the match.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Furo Ndudi during the 50th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to LAGOS STELLARIS FC2014 getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Furo Ndudi hit a great ball. 51 minutes into the match, Jakub Zoufalý dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Wise Monye, 0-1. After 55 played minutes LAGOS STELLARIS FC2014 got a freekick which was hit by Ogo Alachi. Lawrance See made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Furo Ndudi in the 70th minute of play. 74 minutes into the match, Stratton FC's Alessandro Sacchi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wise Monye narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Jakub Zoufalý kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Wise Monye. That made the score 0-2 in the 75 minute of play. Stratton FC's Ivan Warhurst was substituted for Jakub Zoufalý. 79 minutes into the match, LAGOS STELLARIS FC2014's goal looked a bit too open when Ivan Warhurst came free, but Wise Monye reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wise Monye was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ivan Warhurst showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 88 minute of play. Stratton FC made a substitution. Irving Mcjunkins replaced Alessandro Sacchi. Lawrance See took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Furo Ndudi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, LAGOS STELLARIS FC2014's Naftali Anyanechi got a free kick in the 94th minute. Wise Monye was a little too slow when Ivan Warhurst got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 95th minute. The score was now 0-5. The Stratton FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Stratton FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
