Kranji Crunchy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maurício Trigo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 12 minutes into the match, Kranji Crunchy's goalkeeper Aras Sophian had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mårten Arenstedt. Wallace Magee showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adit Syamsuddn, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. NDG Fury FC's Wallace Magee played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maurício Trigo in the 16th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Kranji Crunchy's goal looked a bit too open when Ómar Sharif came free, but Aras Sophian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kranji Crunchy were furious when Victor Zichmann was red carded, 19 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Kranji Crunchy made a substitution. Lu Lei Fan replaced Bengt-Arne Bäckman. The goalkeeper, Aras Sophian, was totally fooled by NDG Fury FC's Chauncey Veilleux, who 22 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. NDG Fury FC's Wallace Magee played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maurício Trigo in the 29th minute of play. 30 minutes into the match, Kranji Crunchy's goal looked a bit too open when Ómar Sharif came free, but Aras Sophian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, Mårten Arenstedt dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Aras Sophian, 2-0. After some careless play in the NDG Fury FC defense, Maurício Trigo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wallace Magee. The NDG Fury FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wallace Magee should have stopped the shot. After 37 played minutes Kranji Crunchy got a freekick which was hit by Lu Lei Fan. Maurício Trigo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 44th minute Olen Huynh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aras Sophian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Maurício Trigo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The Kranji Crunchy fans' excitement grew in the 52nd match minute when Kranji Crunchy's Maurício Trigo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. NDG Fury FC made a substitution. Chet Cho replaced Mårten Arenstedt. 72 minutes had been played when some careless play by NDG Fury FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Filip Barbosu was slow to take the kick. During this time Kranji Crunchy's players had a chance to rest. A very nice done corner allowed Muammer Oytun to score against Wallace Magee in NDG Fury FC's goal. 2-4 after 72 minutes. 76 minutes into the match, Kranji Crunchy's goal looked a bit too open when Ómar Sharif came free, but Aras Sophian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Filip Barbosu got in the 83rd a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Wallace Magee handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Filip Barbosu kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Sylvestre Larocque charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sylvestre Larocque the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Kranji Crunchy booed when NDG Fury FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sylvestre Larocque didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 88 played minutes NDG Fury FC got a freekick which was hit by Ezequiel Richie. Wallace Magee made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Filip Barbosu sent off a good shot on target. After 92 minutes, Chet Cho made it 3-4 with a short kick to the right side. Kranji Crunchy's Aras Sophian tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Kranji Crunchy's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
