Seating: 47, VIP seats: 4) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Brookes Crane took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 4 minutes Leeton United FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Nilson Snabl who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Manly FC's Clifford Hamilton to fire away a dangerous shot which Dakota Newham despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 5 minutes, Dakota Newham successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Mo Salahs short, quick shot in the 7thth minute got Dakota Newham to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 12th match minute, Manly FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexander Arnold to maneuver through the defense. Dakota Newham took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mo Salah, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 20 played minutes Leeton United FC got a freekick which was hit by Carver Tencer. 20 minutes into the match, Leeton United FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mo Salah came free, but Dakota Newham reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When John Aldridge came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Manly FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that John Aldridge couldn't finish the play. After 28 minutes Leeton United FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Nilson Snabl who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Nilson Snabl got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Dakota Newham quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With a little luck, Leeton United FC's Dakota Newham got control of the ball when Nilson Snabl tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mo Salah sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. John Aldridge recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 46th minute Brookes Crane shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Duncan Mcinnes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mo Salah made a kick off. John Aldridge received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Dakota Newham tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dakota Newham stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of John Aldridge's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by John Aldridge in the 57th minute of play forced Leeton United FC's goalkeeper Dakota Newham to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 60 minutes into the match, Mo Salah notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Leeton United FC's Dakota Newham. Dakota Newham was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dakota Newham made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mo Salah in the 65th minute of play. Leeton United FC made a substitution. Alan Dollamore replaced Kent Allan. The corner ended in Nilson Snabl almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Leeton United FC's Dakota Newham did a great save. In the 75th minute Mo Salah shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dakota Newham saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Brendon Anderson's late challenge caught a Manly FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Brendon Anderson helped the player get up and apologised. Brendon Anderson hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Duncan Mcinnes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brookes Crane in the 79th minute of play. In the 84th match minute, Leeton United FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alan Dollamore to maneuver through the defense. 85 minutes into the match, Leeton United FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nilson Snabl came free, but Dakota Newham reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 86th minute Mo Salah shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dakota Newham saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dakota Newham stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mo Salah's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Brookes Crane got free with Duncan Mcinnes in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Leeton United FC's Ralph Chamberlain suffered a concussion in the 95th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. Leeton United FC's Afşin Ünal was substituted for Ralph Chamberlain. In the 96th match minute, Manly FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by John Aldridge to maneuver through the defense. Despite being the better team, Manly FC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
