The supporters of Symba booed when Phenomenals FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abdellah Gourion didn't get a good kick on the ball. Phenomenals FC's Youssef Sofiane proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Phenomenals FC from getting a goal against them. Phenomenals FC's Youssef Sofiane played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tacettin Umay in the 5th minute of play. Youssef Sofiane made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sílvio Veiga in the 8th minute. Anis Achour made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmed Cohen in the 10th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rubinho Melo in the 14th minute of play forced Symba's goalkeeper Anis Achour to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Symba defense, Rubinho Melo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anis Achour. The Symba fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anis Achour should have stopped the shot. Anis Achour took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmed Cohen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th minute of the match Phenomenals FC got a corner. Symba's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Fodil Mansouri ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which Ahmed Cohen managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Anis Achour showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fodil Mansouri, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. In the 23rd minute, Fodil Mansouri left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Phenomenals FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. 27 minutes had been played when some careless play by Symba's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Fodil Mansouri was slow to take the kick. During this time Phenomenals FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Larbi Cherfa got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 0-3. 27 minutes into the match. In the 31st minute Phenomenals FC were awarded a corner. Fodil Mansouri went to the cornerflag to take it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baal Demon in the 36th minute of play forced Symba's goalkeeper Anis Achour to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 37 minutes into the match, Symba's goal looked a bit too open when Baal Demon came free, but Anis Achour reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Baal Demon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Anis Achour tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anis Achour showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fodil Mansouri in the 40th minute of the match. Phenomenals FC's Fodil Mansouri got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fodil Mansouri stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Tomás San Juan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 50th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Phenomenals FC's Youssef Sofiane played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Arantes in the 56th minute of play. In the 60th minute, Pedro Arantes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Youssef Sofiane was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Symba made a substitution. Khaled Chérif replaced Sílvio Veiga. After 65 minutes Phenomenals FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tacettin Umay who took care of the corner kick. The corner led to Symba's Pedro Arantes getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 69th minute, Ahmed Cohen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Symba's defense didn't have a chance, in the 74th minute, when Fodil Mansouri scored to the left of an out of position Anis Achour, making the score, 1-4. Sadok Sfar's late challenge caught a Phenomenals FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sadok Sfar helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Symba getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Sadok Sfar hit a great ball. Symba made a substitution. Imed Akid replaced Sadok Sfar. Youssef Sofiane showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Arantes, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Anis Achour was a little too slow when Fodil Mansouri got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 91st minute. The score was now 1-5. In the 93rd match minute, Symba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Khaled Chérif to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle went the supporters of Phenomenals FC were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Symba side.
