But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Modesto Socorro couldn't finish the play. Osvaldo Vergaray showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emmanuel Gigliotti in the 4th minute of the match. 8 minutes into the match, Curumalán AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Modesto Socorro came free, but Lin Mo Hong reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Modesto Socorro came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Falconara Albanese fans jumped to their feet. Osvaldo Vergaray made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Esequiel Barco sent off a good shot on target. 16 minutes into the game, Toro Rodriguez threw the ball into play from the sideline. Falconara Albanese's Narciso Jacob quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Lin Mo Hong showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Modesto Socorro in the 18th minute of the match. Falconara Albanese's attentive Narciso Jacob managed to snatch the ball when Toro Rodriguez made a throw-in in the 26th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emmanuel Gigliotti in the 28th minute of play forced Falconara Albanese's goalkeeper Osvaldo Vergaray to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The throw-in from Toro Rodriguez in the 29th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Falconara Albanese's Narciso Jacob. 30 minutes into the game, Modesto Socorro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Lin Mo Hong was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Modesto Socorro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 35th play minutes Emmanuel Gigliotti shot 1-2, a short shot which went by Osvaldo Vergaray and just under the crossbar into goal. Lin Mo Hong came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Falconara Albanese's Modesto Socorro. But to his dismay, Modesto Socorro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. After 41 minutes of play, Falconara Albanese's Modesto Socorro made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lin Mo Hong was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lin Mo Hong showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Modesto Socorro in the 44th minute of the match. The Curumalán AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Falconara Albanese were winning 1-4.

58 minutes into the game, Modesto Socorro recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Lin Mo Hong. Modesto Socorro showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-5. In a very dangerous position, a player in Falconara Albanese fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 60th minute. Penalty! Osvaldo Vergaray had in the 64thth minute some difficulties stopping Esequiel Barco's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Dobri Kolyovski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Lin Mo Hong made a huge save. 69 minutes into the match, Falconara Albanese's goal looked a bit too open when Esequiel Barco came free, but Osvaldo Vergaray reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dobri Kolyovski might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lin Mo Hong. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dobri Kolyovski ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Curumalán AFC's Lin Mo Hong got control of the ball when Dobri Kolyovski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lin Mo Hong made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dobri Kolyovski in the 77th minute. Falconara Albanese's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Domingos Sagrario in the 79th minute. In the 80th minute Emmanuel Gigliotti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osvaldo Vergaray saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Toro Rodriguez got a throw-in 85 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Alexander Aalders. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dobri Kolyovski in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lin Mo Hong saved Curumalán AFC from getting behind. Osvaldo Vergaray made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emmanuel Gigliotti in the 92nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Dobri Kolyovski could shoot a difficult shot in the 95th minute, which Lin Mo Hong however easily saved by the left post. Esequiel Barco scored 2-5 in the 97th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Osvaldo Vergaray, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Curumalán AFC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Falconara Albanese's performance. The match ended with a win for Falconara Albanese.
