Sotelo AFC were awarded a corner in the 5th minute after Menchu FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Kevin Tevreden took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Esteve Mosen got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Camilo Salvidor quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When %teams%'s Esteve Mosen was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 1-0 just inside the left pole, 6 minutes into the game. Camilo Salvidor was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. Frédéric Chopin kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Sotelo AFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Kevin Tevreden in the 11th minute. Siro Benvido made a great header on Sotelo AFC's corner, it was just that Menchu FC's Camilo Salvidor managed to reach the ball for a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Siro Benvido in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Camilo Salvidor saved Menchu FC from getting behind. Gabriele Batistuta's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Robustiano Gelmiro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Siro Benvido blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Camilo Salvidor having to make a save. Robustiano Gelmiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriele Batistuta in the 37th minute of the match. Menchu FC's Camilo Salvidor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maurinho Senna in the 39th minute of play. Camilo Salvidor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Siro Benvido, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 43rd match minute, Sotelo AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Óscar Ruggieri to maneuver through the defense.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Siro Benvido to make the kick off. Camilo Salvidor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maurinho Senna in the 53rd minute of the match. The Sotelo AFC fans' excitement grew in the 54th match minute when Sotelo AFC's Maurinho Senna looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 56th minute Maurinho Senna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Camilo Salvidor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 60th match minute, Sotelo AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Óscar Ruggieri to maneuver through the defense. Sotelo AFC made a substitution. Cui Liang Yue replaced Siro Benvido. In the 61st minute, Óscar Ruggieri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 64thth minute of the game Gabriele Batistuta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sotelo AFC's Robustiano Gelmiro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Gabriele Batistuta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 67th minute Gabriele Batistuta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robustiano Gelmiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cui Liang Yue in the 70th minute of play forced Menchu FC's goalkeeper Camilo Salvidor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Menchu FC made a substitution. Arturo Roderigo replaced Primitivo Rocendo. Menchu FC's Gaston Firmo was substituted for Peter Söderqwist. Camilo Salvidor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cui Liang Yue in the 75th minute of play. In the 77th minute Cui Liang Yue shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Camilo Salvidor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Carlos Campelo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Menchu FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Carlos Campelo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Robustiano Gelmiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sotelo AFC's Robustiano Gelmiro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Sotelo AFC from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cui Liang Yue in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Camilo Salvidor prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Camilo Salvidor stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cui Liang Yue's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. After 93 played minutes Sotelo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Maximo Domingues. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Sotelo AFC had won after a very even match.
