Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Naim Cheche to make the kick off. When Glauco Sarmento came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Stat Veritas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Glauco Sarmento couldn't finish the play. Pepe Argento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Claris having to interfere. Andres Drogba's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mauricio Erramun read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. In the 85th minute Stat Veritas FC were awarded a corner. Francisco Segio went to the cornerflag to take it. After 95 minutes of play, Stat Veritas FC's Francisco Segio made it 3-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Carlos Claris was left in no man's land by his defense there! The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Super Penalitop walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
