When Clodoveo Matro came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Bancruz F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Clodoveo Matro couldn't finish the play. Ciro Nerio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ruperto Txomin in the 17th minute of the match. When Atletico Calamar Saavedra's Ruperto Txomin in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bancruz F.C's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Turgay Hafi in the 19th minute of play forced Atletico Calamar Saavedra's goalkeeper Bonifacio Naldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Serginho Silva kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Bonifacio Naldo made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Turgay Hafi sent off a good shot on target. 24 minutes into the game, Turgay Hafi recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Bonifacio Naldo. Turgay Hafi showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. In the 27th minute Jeronimo Birila shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciro Nerio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Carlos Arixo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bancruz F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Carlos Arixo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bonifacio Naldo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Carlos Arixo kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. In the 35th match minute, Bancruz F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Placido Oto to maneuver through the defense. Placido Oto hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. A throw-in in the 39th minute of the game was made by Cihangir Çetinsu with Epifanio Koldobika as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Bonifacio Naldo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Turgay Hafi, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. After a rather tough play, Bancruz F.C's Carlos Arixo got a free kick in the 47th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Turgay Hafi to make the kick off. With a little luck, Bancruz F.C's Ciro Nerio got control of the ball when Patricio Señor tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Turgay Hafi in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bonifacio Naldo saved Atletico Calamar Saavedra from getting behind. In the 56th match minute, Atletico Calamar Saavedra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ruperto Txomin to maneuver through the defense. Bonifacio Naldo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Turgay Hafi, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Carlos Arixo hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Jeronimo Birila could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Ciro Nerio made a huge save. Fabio Jakobsen replaced Cihangir Çetinsu. The supporters of Bancruz F.C booed when Atletico Calamar Saavedra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. After some careless play in the Atletico Calamar Saavedra defense, Çelikan Koçaş kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bonifacio Naldo. The Atletico Calamar Saavedra fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bonifacio Naldo should have stopped the shot. Bancruz F.C's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
