With a couple of smart ball manuevers Diego Quetara in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cornelio Cordearo saved Racing Club from getting behind. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Racing Club's goalkeeper Cornelio Cordearo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Racing Club's goalie and right to Eugène Riera. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Racing Club's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Cornelio Cordearo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diego Quetara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 35 minutes Boulogne del Ciclón's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mario Silban who took care of the corner kick. Racing Club's Cornelio Cordearo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Racing Club from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Racing Club booed when Boulogne del Ciclón was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gogo Gabrio didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bonifacio Monte in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cornelio Cordearo saved Racing Club from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dario Opilano in the 42nd minute of play forced Boulogne del Ciclón's goalkeeper Daniel Moron to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Racing Club's Cornelio Cordearo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bonifacio Monte in the 45th minute of play. Racing Club's Epifanio Txomin was substituted for Dario Opilano. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Diego Quetara to strike the kick off in the second half. Cornelio Cordearo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diego Quetara in the 52nd minute of play. Cornelio Cordearo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diego Quetara, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Racing Club's Lucas Eladio quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Berto Somiedo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cornelio Cordearo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. Boulogne del Ciclón were awarded a corner in the 90th minute after Racing Club's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Liu Zhen Ang took the corner. The corner led Boulogne del Ciclón's Behiç Üster to a score. 4-1 in the 91st minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Racing Club players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Boulogne del Ciclón.
