Erasmo Diegotxe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alvaro Jakes in the 29th minute of the match. After 47 played minutes Defensores del Tiki Tiki got a freekick which was hit by Conrad Moore. In the 48th minute of the match, Gu Chang Peng tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Erasmo Diegotxe saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Atilla Bumin Hızlan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Gu Chang Peng had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Erasmo Diegotxe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gu Chang Peng, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Ripa FC's Joel Tehas got a free kick in the 57th minute. Defensores del Tiki Tiki were awarded a corner in the 62th minute after Ripa FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jesús Martín took the corner. Jesús Martín made a great header on Defensores del Tiki Tiki's corner, it was just that Ripa FC's Aldo Mannie managed to reach the ball for a save. 74 minutes into the match, Ripa FC's goalkeeper Aldo Mannie had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bruno Jerrald. Erasmo Diegotxe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ricardo Bochini, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. 88 minutes into the game, Ripa FC's Ricardo Bochini nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Erasmo Diegotxe made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. 92 minutes into the match, Defensores del Tiki Tiki's goal looked a bit too open when Placido Pero came free, but Erasmo Diegotxe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Defensores del Tiki Tiki defense, Donato Torres kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Erasmo Diegotxe. The Defensores del Tiki Tiki fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Erasmo Diegotxe should have stopped the shot. For all the effort they put into the match, the Defensores del Tiki Tiki players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Ripa FC.
