Wilson Andrade might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Angelino Nueva. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wilson Andrade ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Reko-Recko 03™'s zone, Wilson Andrade stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Angelino Nueva came out of the goal and Wilson Andrade tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Reko-Recko 03™'s Angelino Nueva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilson Andrade in the 11th minute of play. After having played for 13 minutes, Wilson Andrade managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GLADIADORES's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wilson Andrade was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Wilson Andrade came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the GLADIADORES fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wilson Andrade couldn't finish the play. Angelino Nueva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilson Andrade, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cipriano França in the 29th minute of play forced GLADIADORES's goalkeeper Thomas Ravelli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wilson Andrade's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Angelino Nueva read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilson Andrade in the 33rd minute of play forced Reko-Recko 03™'s goalkeeper Angelino Nueva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thomas Ravelli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cipriano França, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 36th minute, Selman Ruzi had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. 36 minutes into the game, Batu Cem Ekinci was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. GLADIADORES's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Reko-Recko 03™ the free kick. Reko-Recko 03™ made a substitution. Federico Valverde replaced Selman Ruzi. After a rather tough play, GLADIADORES's Batu Cem Ekinci got a free kick in the 38th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wilson Andrade made a kick off. 51 minutes in the game Leandro de Almeida did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Glauco Breckenfeld. In the 56th minute GLADIADORES were awarded a corner. Johannes Stein went to the cornerflag to take it. The supporters of Reko-Recko 03™ booed when GLADIADORES was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcel Catarinense didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 63rd minute Wilson Andrade shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelino Nueva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Reko-Recko 03™'s goalkeeper Angelino Nueva, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Despite this Angelino Nueva quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Leandro de Almeida made in the 85th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Glauco Breckenfeld immediately put the ball in play. In the 90th minute, Anacleto Rozarius made a precise shot to the right of Angelino Nueva. Reko-Recko 03™'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. A collision led to Reko-Recko 03™ getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Leandro de Almeida hit a great ball. Angelino Nueva came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by GLADIADORES's Anacleto Rozarius. But to his dismay, Anacleto Rozarius quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2.
