Ubatuba's Yan do Valle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Falcão Paraibano in the 9th minute of play. Feliberto Quintana made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Edvaldo Trevisan sent off a good shot on target. Valdomiro Barros kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the match, Classe A Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Viktor Ambrosetti came free, but Feliberto Quintana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Feliberto Quintana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cecilio Manny, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. After having played for 23 minutes, Natã do Vale managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ubatuba's supporters crossed their fingers, but Natã do Vale was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 25 minutes into the match, Ubatuba's goal looked a bit too open when Falcão Paraibano came free, but Yan do Valle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 25th match minute, Classe A Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilson Queirós to maneuver through the defense. 32 minutes into the game, Classe A Futebol Clube's Wilian de Toledo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Yan do Valle made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 39th minute Diego Ribas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yan do Valle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wilson Queirós took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Yan do Valle. Yan do Valle dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Yan do Valle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Ricciardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Viktor Ambrosetti stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Falcão Paraibano in the 51st minute of play forced Ubatuba's goalkeeper Yan do Valle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 52nd minute, Renatinho de Lima hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Ubatuba's Yan do Valle got control of the ball when Pierre Gasly tried to sneak it across the goal line. Yan do Valle came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Classe A Futebol Clube's Diego Ribas. But to his dismay, Diego Ribas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Diego Ribas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Yan do Valle made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Ubatuba's Valdomiro Barros got a free kick in the 66th minute. Armando Tavares charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Armando Tavares the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ubatuba's Yan do Valle proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Ubatuba from getting a goal against them. Yan do Valle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilson Queirós in the 80th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wilian de Toledo got free with Yan do Valle in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Yan do Valle came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Classe A Futebol Clube's Wilian de Toledo. But to his dismay, Wilian de Toledo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. Yan do Valle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wilson Queirós, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yan do Valle didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 91st minute, which inside left pole to 0-8. The crowd rose to their feet as Daniel Ricciardo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Yan do Valle. That made the score 0-9 in the 94 minute of play. The Ubatuba fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Classe A Futebol Clube were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
