The crowd rose to their feet as Quique Jara kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Yan do Valle. That made the score 1-0 in the 12 minute of play. Ubatuba's Yan do Valle proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Ubatuba from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Ubatuba's Dráuzio Velasco got a free kick in the 16th minute. After 19 minutes of play, Ubatuba's Luiz Paulo Pereira made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Antônio Borges was left in no man's land by his defense there! 24 minutes into the match, Ubatuba's goalkeeper Yan do Valle had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jacinto de Lara. If Kristofers Cveigorēns had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jacinto de Lara in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yan do Valle prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 44 minutes into the match, Ubatuba's goalkeeper Yan do Valle had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jacinto de Lara. 45 minutes into the match, PIRATAS TFP's goal looked a bit too open when Luiz Paulo Pereira came free, but Antônio Borges reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 47th minute, Abílio Pedroso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The wind increased when Viktor Ambrosetti made the kick off in the second half. In the 51stth minute of the game Luiz Paulo Pereira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PIRATAS TFP's Antônio Borges was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Ubatuba's zone, Jacinto de Lara stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yan do Valle came out of the goal and Jacinto de Lara tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 59 minutes into the game, Jacinto de Lara cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Yan do Valle was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 63 minutes into the match, PIRATAS TFP's goal looked a bit too open when Luiz Paulo Pereira came free, but Antônio Borges reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 64 minutes into the game, Jacinto de Lara cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Yan do Valle was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Viktor Ambrosetti could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Antônio Borges made a huge save. 76 minutes into the match, Ubatuba's goal looked a bit too open when Jacinto de Lara came free, but Yan do Valle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yan do Valle didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jacinto de Lara went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. Jacinto de Lara scored 5-1 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Yan do Valle, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Clemente Pires had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
