Rogério Ceni yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Luís Gustavo Prestes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wiliam Perez in the 25th minute of play. ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s Luís Gustavo Prestes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wiliam Perez in the 28th minute of play. Piotr Osikowicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rogério Ceni having to interfere. Enio Lopez kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Diamante Negro DK - VV's Jerônimo Salles got a free kick in the 37th minute. If Piotr Osikowicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 45 played minutes ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™ got a freekick which was hit by Juan Pablo Sorin. Christian Antonelli took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 45th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Luís Gustavo Prestes. ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wiliam Perez to make the kick off. Wiliam Perez scored 1-2 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luís Gustavo Prestes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Willian Félix had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s zone, Wiliam Perez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. A throw-in in the 59th minute of the game was made by Bonifaco Elenes with Wiliam Perez as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 61st minute, Wiliam Perez reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Luís Gustavo Prestes. The goal made the score 1-3. Diamante Negro DK - VV's Jerônimo Salles quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. With an all-out effort, Diamante Negro DK - VV's Luís Gustavo Prestes threw himself towards the right post 90 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Villarreal Ubach, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 95 minutes into the match, ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s goal looked a bit too open when Villarreal Ubach came free, but Luís Gustavo Prestes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Diamante Negro DK - VV's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
