In the 4th match minute, GAÚCHO FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kanu Grosso to maneuver through the defense. Marcus Prata charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marcus Prata the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Lógica FC booed when GAÚCHO FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcus Prata didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lógica FC's goalkeeper Flavinho Meira, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A nice corner shot did that Vilhelm Lorden got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Flavinho Meira quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 18 minutes into the game, Lógica FC's Aníbal Cerezo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Raí Seco made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Flavinho Meira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcus Prata, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In the 23rd minute Renan Gerber shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raí Seco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 26th minute, Renan Gerber left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lógica FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. 38 minutes in the game, Vilhelm Lorden fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Flavinho Meira having to interfere. With an all-out effort, GAÚCHO FC's Flavinho Meira threw himself towards the right post 38 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Vilhelm Lorden, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 40th minute, Renan Gerber left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lógica FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. After a rather tough play, GAÚCHO FC's Ulysses Dionísio got a free kick in the 44th minute.

If Vilhelm Lorden had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 55 minutes into the match, Lógica FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gürsel Saltukalp came free, but Flavinho Meira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 60 minutes had been played when some careless play by Lógica FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Vilhelm Lorden was slow to take the kick. During this time GAÚCHO FC's players had a chance to rest. GAÚCHO FC's Vilhelm Lorden was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Flavinho Meira in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 62nd minute Gürsel Saltukalp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavinho Meira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Gürsel Saltukalp's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Flavinho Meira was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Renan Gerber got free with Raí Seco in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Raí Seco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edu Damião in the 70th minute of the match. 70 minutes into the game, Edu Damião cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Raí Seco was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. GAÚCHO FC's Raí Seco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aníbal Cerezo in the 75th minute of play. Flavinho Meira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vilhelm Lorden in the 80th minute of play. Vilhelm Lorden blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Flavinho Meira having to make a save. Lógica FC's Cauan Miranda was substituted for Aníbal Cerezo. Lógica FC's Renan Gerber quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Ulysses Dionísio, made in the 84th minute of the game. Flavinho Meira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gürsel Saltukalp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 88th minute Vilhelm Lorden shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavinho Meira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcus Prata in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Flavinho Meira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lógica FC's Klaas Wouqier was substituted for Dedê Maia.
