Cássio Corinth dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 5 minutes into the match, Richárd Lovász had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cássio Corinth. Red John S.K's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Richárd Lovász was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Cássio Corinth didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Almir Meira went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. When Ingvar Strand came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Red John S.K fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ingvar Strand couldn't finish the play. In the 18th match minute, Casa Real de Savóia F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorge Proença to maneuver through the defense. In the 19th minute, Ingvar Strand got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Red John S.K's Cássio Corinth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Almir Meira in the 24th minute of play. William Gaúcho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ingvar Strand, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Red John S.K's Andrey Kamishev managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Rios Ferdinand in the 32 minute of the game. Red John S.K's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Denílson Lopes in the 34th minute. In the 42nd minute Casa Real de Savóia F.C. were awarded a corner. Poli Puyol went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Rios Ferdinand heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ingvar Strand made a kick off. William Gaúcho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ingvar Strand in the 54th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Paelemans in the 78th minute of play forced Red John S.K's goalkeeper Cássio Corinth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rios Ferdinand made in the 84th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Tomas Paelemans. In the 90th minute, Rios Ferdinand hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 92nd minute Sebastian Bach shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but William Gaúcho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the final whistle sounded Casa Real de Savóia F.C. left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Red John S.K.
