Mané Andrade dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. The tension between the Flamengo FSCMZ and the Maraponga FAC players grew even worse after the yellow card.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ramón Furtado to make the kick off. In the 56th minute Darren Verlet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dmytro Novak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 57th minute by Cristiano Osmundsen got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Mané Andrade showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramón Furtado, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. In the 63rd match minute, Flamengo FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maurinho Meira to maneuver through the defense. In the 67th minute, Stefan Banaszak ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mané Andrade was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. In the 87th minute, Ramón Furtado left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Flamengo FSCMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Flamengo FSCMZ were victorious despite being under pressure from Maraponga FAC for much of the match.
