The coaching staff of DON RAMON 72 protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Everardo Basajaun had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. When the match had been going on for 19 minutes, Golden Dragon FC's Desiderio Etor got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Delmar Hanot. 22 minutes into the game, Justo Argoitz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Golden Dragon FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave DON RAMON 72 the free kick. Justo Argoitz hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. DON RAMON 72's Delmar Hanot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Desiderio Etor in the 24th minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, DON RAMON 72's goalkeeper Delmar Hanot had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gustavo Aznar. Delmar Hanot made an important save on a dangerous shot by Desiderio Etor in the 27th minute. In the 27th minute, Golden Dragon FC's Celso Rayman dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Delmar Hanot made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Luisito Perrando sent off a good shot on target. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind DON RAMON 72's goalkeeper Delmar Hanot, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Golden Dragon FC getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Justo Argoitz hit a great ball. The supporters of DON RAMON 72 booed when Golden Dragon FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Desiderio Etor didn't get a good kick on the ball. Desiderio Etor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Delmar Hanot having to interfere. Leonardo Alfonso's late challenge caught a DON RAMON 72's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leonardo Alfonso helped the player get up and apologised. Leonardo Alfonso kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Desiderio Etor to make the kick off. After 51 played minutes DON RAMON 72 got a freekick which was hit by Silvano Harkaitz. When Golden Dragon FC's Desiderio Etor in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye DON RAMON 72's goalie prevented a goal. 58 minutes into the match, DON RAMON 72's goal looked a bit too open when Luisito Perrando came free, but Delmar Hanot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 73 minutes, Luisito Perrando managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Golden Dragon FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luisito Perrando was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Delmar Hanot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luisito Perrando in the 75th minute of the match. Domingos Gervaso kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Delmar Hanot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Desiderio Etor, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Desiderio Etor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. DON RAMON 72's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
