Waldir Araújo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ryuji Laprise, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. 11 minutes into the match, Trinchera FC's goalkeeper 毛卫希 had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pascual Lamberto. After 16 minutes Trinchera FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ciriaco Cordarrol who took care of the corner kick. In the 17th minute Ryuji Laprise shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waldir Araújo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Waldir Araújo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ryuji Laprise in the 21st minute of play. After 26 minutes of play, Trinchera FC's Mariano Corderro made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Waldir Araújo was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Pascual Lamberto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pascual Lamberto in the 29th minute of play forced Trinchera FC's goalkeeper 毛卫希 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 31 minutes into the match, C. S. Peron y Belgrano's Pascual Lamberto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that 毛卫希 narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 32nd match minute, C. S. Peron y Belgrano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eulalio Marino to maneuver through the defense. 毛卫希 made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pascual Lamberto in the 44th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When C. S. Peron y Belgrano's Pascual Lamberto in the 51st minute got a chance for a shot 51st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ryuji Laprise got free with Waldir Araújo in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Waldir Araújo was out of position in the 55 minute of play, and Eloy Dimas capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Eloy Dimas really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. With a little luck, C. S. Peron y Belgrano's Waldir Araújo got control of the ball when Roque Pero tried to sneak it across the goal line. 61 minutes into the game, Trinchera FC's Ryuji Laprise nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Waldir Araújo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ryuji Laprise got free with Waldir Araújo in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 毛卫希 came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by C. S. Peron y Belgrano's Pascual Lamberto. But to his dismay, Pascual Lamberto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. When Joel Pio fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored C. S. Peron y Belgrano's protests and gave Joel Pio a yellow card for diving instead. In the 80th minute, Joel Pio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. C. S. Peron y Belgrano made a substitution. Baldomiro Tximitx replaced Placido Montay. Joel Pio kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. In the 84th minute Eloy Dimas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waldir Araújo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, C. S. Peron y Belgrano's Waldir Araújo got control of the ball when Ryuji Laprise tried to sneak it across the goal line. C. S. Peron y Belgrano's Gusmão Azeredo got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 90 minutes into the match, C. S. Peron y Belgrano's Gusmão Azeredo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that 毛卫希 narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Trinchera FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
