Lázaro Ekain struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Otoniel Bonet didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GARIBALDI FC. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lázaro Ekain couldn't finish the play. 35 minutes into the match, GARIBALDI FC's Lázaro Ekain sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Otoniel Bonet narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lázaro Ekain's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Otoniel Bonet read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. Lázaro Ekain showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ambrosio Colas to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Ivo Calado managed to get in a good position for a shot. Terapia Intensiva's supporters rose to their feet, but Ivo Calado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rene Llorian breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 55 minutes into the match, Terapia Intensiva's goal looked a bit too open when Lázaro Ekain came free, but Otoniel Bonet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ivo Calado struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Rene Llorian didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Terapia Intensiva. Otoniel Bonet didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lázaro Ekain went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 5-3 was the resulting score. GARIBALDI FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 77th minute, when Lorenzo Fernanco scored to the left of an out of position Rene Llorian, making the score, 5-4. GARIBALDI FC's Erubiel Dubardo was substituted for Lázaro Ekain. After 84 minutes, Ivo Calado made it 5-5 with a short kick to the right side. GARIBALDI FC's Rene Llorian tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 92 minutes into the game, Erubiel Dubardo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-5. Otoniel Bonet was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Otoniel Bonet didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Erubiel Dubardo went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-5 was the resulting score. When the referee blew the final whistle, GARIBALDI FC could leave the field as winners, despite Terapia Intensiva having more of the ball for most of the match.
