In the 23rd minute Clemente Matteo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Moises Francho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Clemente Matteo in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Moises Francho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Brandon Welsch kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. In the 27th minute, Rogelio Ezkerra left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pingos Futbol Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 35 minutes into the match, Pingos Futbol Club's goalkeeper Marcial Licerio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Elari Eesti. After 43 played minutes Pingos Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Ariel Martinez. Moises Francho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clemente Matteo in the 45th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

In the 56th minute, Octavio Arnau left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nestor Naldo got free with Moises Francho in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marcial Licerio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Lawrence in the 69th minute of play. Ariel Martinez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Moises Francho having to make a save.
