The audience thought a goal was coming when Damazy Boruta got free with Omar Conrao in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodosio Francesco in the 9th minute of play forced Domínguez AFC's goalkeeper Omar Conrao to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Omar Conrao made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Carrio in the 18th minute of play. Silver Play 2's Tomás Lucila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Atilano Silbestre in the 20th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, Silver Play 2's Teodosio Francesco sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Omar Conrao narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 23 minutes Domínguez AFC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Lisandro Hanni who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Damazy Boruta managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Omar Conrao showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damazy Boruta, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. 28 minutes into the match, Domínguez AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Teodosio Francesco came free, but Omar Conrao reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Damazy Boruta could shoot a difficult shot in the 29th minute, which Omar Conrao however easily saved by the left post. Jairo Tino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tomás Lucila showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fidel Gaitano in the 39th minute of the match. In the 40th minute Domínguez AFC were awarded a corner. Artemio Cidro went to the cornerflag to take it. Sven-Ove Colin took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tomás Lucila. Tomás Lucila dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1.

Silver Play 2 made a substitution. Åke Ugla replaced Carlos Carrio. Silver Play 2's Tomás Lucila proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Silver Play 2 from getting a goal against them. Omar Conrao took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Åke Ugla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Omar Conrao came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Silver Play 2's Damazy Boruta. But to his dismay, Damazy Boruta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Domínguez AFC's Humberto Hermon got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Omar Conrao showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teodosio Francesco, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Domínguez AFC's Omar Conrao played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Åke Ugla in the 74th minute of play. After some careless play in the Silver Play 2 defense, Jairo Tino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tomás Lucila. The Silver Play 2 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tomás Lucila should have stopped the shot. Domínguez AFC's Sven-Ove Colin shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 79th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Tomás Lucila but with some difficulty. Omar Conrao made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Åke Ugla in the 82nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fidel Gaitano got free with Tomás Lucila in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 89 minutes into the match, Silver Play 2's goalkeeper Tomás Lucila had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Humberto Hermon. Omar Conrao made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Åke Ugla in the 92nd minute of play. Artemio Cidro kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. 93 minutes into the game, Teodosio Francesco cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Omar Conrao was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
