An unexpectedly hard shot by Arturo Rolado in the 6th minute of play forced Hortensia FCG's goalkeeper Marcial Mingo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 9 minutes into the game, Beltrán City FC's Leandro Gasteiz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcial Mingo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 11th minute, Arnulfo Hulberto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aquiles Gerazan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Hortensia FCG defense, Leandro Gasteiz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcial Mingo. The Hortensia FCG fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcial Mingo should have stopped the shot. Beltrán City FC's attentive Teofilo Joachim managed to snatch the ball when Pastor Loramendi made a throw-in in the 16th minute of the game. 18 minutes into the game, Aggelos Myroforidis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Beltrán City FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hortensia FCG the free kick. After 18 played minutes Beltrán City FC got a freekick which was hit by Aggelos Myroforidis. Hortensia FCG's Marcial Mingo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leandro Gasteiz in the 20th minute of play. When Eulalio Iturri fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hortensia FCG's protests and gave Eulalio Iturri a yellow card for diving instead. In the 21st minute, Eulalio Iturri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcial Mingo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leandro Gasteiz's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. Arnulfo Hulberto who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 24thth minute tested the skills of Eevald Kadarpik when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Arturo Rolado put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Marcial Mingo. In the 28th match minute, Beltrán City FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teofilo Joachim to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bernardino Fernandez during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arnulfo Hulberto made a kick off. Eevald Kadarpik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnulfo Hulberto, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Aquiles Gerazan kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Eevald Kadarpik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnulfo Hulberto in the 55th minute of play. Domingos Locaio was slow to take the kick. During this time Beltrán City FC's players had a chance to rest. Celso Sancho kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. After 77 played minutes Hortensia FCG got a freekick which was hit by Eulalio Iturri. 78 minutes into the match, Beltrán City FC's Domingos Locaio broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 81st minute, Teofilo Joachim hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 83 minutes into the game, one of Hortensia FCG:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 85 minutes, Beltrán City FC's Domingos Locaio got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Marcial Mingo. After some careless play in the Beltrán City FC defense, Isidoro Tercero kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eevald Kadarpik. The Beltrán City FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eevald Kadarpik should have stopped the shot. Arturo Rolado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcial Mingo having to interfere. Beltrán City FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
