The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The supporters of Atlético Zelaya booed when Club Atletico Talleres was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Desiderio Theobald didn't get a good kick on the ball. Club Atletico Talleres's Ciro Gombal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roman Riquelme in the 11th minute of play. Atlético Zelaya were awarded a corner in the 12th minute after Club Atletico Talleres's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Venancio Moise took the corner. 15 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Talleres's goal looked a bit too open when Roman Riquelme came free, but Ciro Gombal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ciro Gombal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roman Riquelme in the 16th minute of play. Santiago Gaizko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andy Corre in the 27th minute of the match. Santiago Gaizko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andy Corre in the 39th minute of play. Dimitrie Sluis kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. In the 43rd minute, Venancio Moise got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 45th minute, one of Atlético Zelaya:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Atlético Zelaya. After 48 minutes Atlético Zelaya's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joel Nalo who took care of the corner kick. Club Atletico Talleres's Andy Corre was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Santiago Gaizko in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When Club Atletico Talleres's Andy Corre in the 49th minute got a chance for a shot 49th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Astor Giampietro helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Club Atletico Talleres booed when Atlético Zelaya was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position.
