Sven-Olof Sjöberg came free with the goalkeeper in the 4th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Harun Uluer could save by the left post. With a little luck, Santos Lugares FC's Harun Uluer got control of the ball when Sven-Olof Sjöberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sven-Olof Sjöberg's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 5thth minute, Harun Uluer skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. But to his dismay, Arnaldo Marquez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 13th minute, Bart Pellen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Candelaria FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Harun Uluer made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Arnaldo Marquez sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arnaldo Marquez in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Harun Uluer saved Santos Lugares FC from getting behind. Harun Uluer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arnaldo Marquez in the 26th minute. Harun Uluer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sven-Olof Sjöberg in the 28th minute of play. In the 32ndth minute of the game Arnaldo Marquez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Santos Lugares FC's Harun Uluer was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 32 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Candelaria FC's Arnaldo Marquez fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Severino Miliano's late challenge caught a Candelaria FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Severino Miliano helped the player get up and apologised. In the 34th match minute, Santos Lugares FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Severino Miliano to maneuver through the defense. In the 35th minute, Sven-Olof Sjöberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 38 minutes into the match, Santos Lugares FC's Artemio Formerio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tomás Bonifaco narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 47th minute Bart Pellen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harun Uluer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

After 52 played minutes Santos Lugares FC got a freekick which was hit by Ricardo Evis. When the match had gone on for 53 minutes, Arnaldo Marquez put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Harun Uluer. In the 57th minute, Artemio Formerio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Candelaria FC made a substitution. Antonio Alzamendi replaced Arnaldo Marquez. A collision led to Santos Lugares FC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Artemio Formerio hit a great ball. Okanalp Özdil scored 5-0 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Harun Uluer, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Candelaria FC's Antonio Alzamendi in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Harun Uluer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christian Gómez in the 67th minute of the match. Santos Lugares FC's Harun Uluer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Okanalp Özdil in the 68th minute of play. Okanalp Özdil took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Harun Uluer. Harun Uluer dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. Antonio Alzamendi took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Harun Uluer. Candelaria FC's Christian Gómez got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee gave Ricardo Evis a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Santos Lugares FC's Ricardo Evis got a free kick in the 93rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christian Gómez in the 96th minute of play forced Santos Lugares FC's goalkeeper Harun Uluer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Candelaria FC had played much better football throughout.
