An unexpectedly hard shot by Saturnino Lluc in the 5th minute of play forced Dominico F.C.'s goalkeeper Aquiles Lapurdi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Harun Uluer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amadeo Maule, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Santos Lugares FC's goalkeeper Harun Uluer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The corner ended in Bernardo Lesardo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Santos Lugares FC's Harun Uluer did a great save. Alberto Marin who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 16thth minute tested the skills of Harun Uluer when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Alberto Marin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Harun Uluer was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. 22 minutes into the match, Alberto Marin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Harun Uluer. Santos Lugares FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alberto Marin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Remigio Firmo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Harun Uluer made a huge save. Dominico F.C. were awarded a corner in the 27th minute after Santos Lugares FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Felipe Cordeara took the corner. Amadeo Maule hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. 38 minutes into the match, Dominico F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Justino Locaio came free, but Aquiles Lapurdi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Saturnino Lluc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Aquiles Lapurdi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Artemio Formerio, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Through an outstanding action, after 44 minutes, Harun Uluer successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 47th minute, Alberto Marin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Harun Uluer was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.
