But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Denis Chano couldn't finish the play. After having played for 14 minutes, Denis Chano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. XENEIXES FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Denis Chano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Damazy Kinic showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agustin Bidun in the 17th minute of the match. Jacobo Romo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeremias Ixaka in the 22nd minute of play. CLUB ATLETICO RIVER PLATE's Jacobo Romo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeremias Ixaka in the 22nd minute of play. Jacobo Romo made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Denis Chano sent off a good shot on target. The XENEIXES FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Damazy Kinic should have stopped the shot. In the 44th minute, Vidal Silvestre ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Damazy Kinic was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Albino Oso made the kick off in the second half. Amador Jax kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. In the 55thth minute of the game Albino Oso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but XENEIXES FC's Damazy Kinic was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cayetano Mincho got a throw-in 59 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Genaro Araoz. Damazy Kinic showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kiril Ivkov in the 60th minute of the match. XENEIXES FC were furious when Aquiles Ikatz was red carded, 62 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. XENEIXES FC's Cristobal Gorri was substituted for Vyacheslav Konopatov. 61 minutes into the game, one of XENEIXES FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty.
