The referee ignored Tristán Suárez FC's protests and gave Godofredo Pinto a yellow card for diving instead. Godofredo Pinto kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Tristán Suárez FC's zone, Leovigildo Abumohor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Patipan Fillol came out of the goal and Leovigildo Abumohor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 6 minutes into the match, Tristán Suárez FC's Felix Quilo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Santiago Cordarell narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Bresikas's Pedro Eudoxio got a free kick in the 7th minute. After 8 played minutes Tristán Suárez FC got a freekick which was hit by Saturnino Gau. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Nestor Enekoitz took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Patipan Fillol to make any attempt to save it. In the 17th minute, Enrique Astudillo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Bresikas getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Pedro Eudoxio hit a great ball. In the 20th minute, Godofredo Pinto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Armando Panella hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Tristán Suárez FC's Patipan Fillol proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Tristán Suárez FC from getting a goal against them. 30 minutes into the game, Leovigildo Abumohor recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Patipan Fillol. Leovigildo Abumohor showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. In the 33rdth minute of the game Felix Quilo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bresikas's Santiago Cordarell was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Patipan Fillol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nestor Enekoitz in the 34th minute of the match. Patipan Fillol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leovigildo Abumohor, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Felix Quilo in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Santiago Cordarell saved Bresikas from getting behind. Santiago Cordarell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felix Quilo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

Santiago Cordarell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felix Quilo in the 53rd minute of the match. The supporters of Bresikas booed when Tristán Suárez FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saturnino Gau didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nestor Enekoitz's late challenge caught a Tristán Suárez FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nestor Enekoitz helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Bresikas's Nestor Enekoitz got a free kick in the 58th minute. Patipan Fillol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nestor Enekoitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pedro Eudoxio made in the 61st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Ulises Benet immediately put the ball in play. In the 67th minute, Tristán Suárez FC's Marco Paulin dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. Tristán Suárez FC's Esteve Petri was substituted for Marcos Sandalio. Patipan Fillol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nestor Enekoitz in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 74th match minute, Tristán Suárez FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Godofredo Pinto to maneuver through the defense. With an all-out effort, Tristán Suárez FC's Santiago Cordarell threw himself towards the right post 78 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Marco Paulin, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After some careless play in the Bresikas defense, Marco Paulin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Santiago Cordarell. The Bresikas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Santiago Cordarell should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Bresikas's Pedro Eudoxio got a free kick in the 85th minute. In the 88th minute, Marco Paulin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tristán Suárez FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. 91 minutes into the game, Marco Paulin lined in a short shot 2-4 behind a frustrated Santiago Cordarell. Marco Paulin scored 2-5 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Santiago Cordarell, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Tristán Suárez FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Tristán Suárez FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
