If Justino Javiar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With his leg Miloslav Rožnovský managed to avoid a goal in the 22ndth minute, when Rincón de los Sauces AFC's Son Son fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sylwester Domaradzki in the 23rd minute of play forced Rincón de los Sauces AFC's goalkeeper Galip Öveç to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner led Rincón de los Sauces AFC's Son Son to fire away a dangerous shot which Miloslav Rožnovský despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Rincón de los Sauces AFC's Galip Öveç played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sylwester Domaradzki in the 41st minute of play. In the 43rd minute Justino Javiar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miloslav Rožnovský saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Villa Ballester FC's Miloslav Rožnovský proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 48th minute of the match, managed to save Villa Ballester FC from getting a goal against them.

Efrain Obeko took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 56th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Miloslav Rožnovský.
